Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the mold remediation, inspection, and consulting services provided by Silver Spring Mold Remediation ("Provider"). By booking an appointment or signing a work authorization you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Work. Provider will deliver remediation plans tailored to your property in Silver Spring, MD. Final cleaning and clearance testing may require collaboration with third-party inspectors.

Payment. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion. Insurance claims must be assigned in writing. Late balances may incur finance charges and collection costs.

Warranty. Provider warrants workmanship for 12 months when moisture sources are corrected. Recurring water intrusions void warranty coverage.

Liability. Provider is not responsible for consequential damages beyond the contract value. Customers must disclose known hazards including asbestos, lead paint, or structural issues prior to work.
